Manic co Returns Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products. As many Manic co items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we will assist if an item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, incorrect or incomplete.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Eligible returns
We can assist when:
- An item has a manufacturing fault or defect
- An item is damaged during delivery
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order arrives incomplete
Items not covered
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect choices of product, colour, size or design
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues disclosed before purchase
This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Reporting a problem
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, at support@manicco.store.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the item and the problem
- A photograph of the packaging if the item was damaged during delivery
The 30-day contact period does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Available remedies
After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, repair, refund or store credit. The remedy provided will depend on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Return shipping costs
Manic co will cover reasonable return shipping costs when an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, defective or incorrect. We will provide instructions before the item is returned.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
